QUESTION? If I record a busy street somewhere and its full of people, do you actually require a model release?
if so dow on earth do you ask a whole street full of people to stop and sign a form?

I'm not sure, but I think if it would be a mumbling, not a specific speech with an understandable words it woulb be good without anything else.
