WHERE ARE MY UPLOADED FILES???? uploaded files disappear

Hi guys, I'm having a big problem in the last days.
I upload my videos from website. The upload works, the files are uploaded but, as the upload ends, I can not find the files anywhere. They are not in "need edits" neither in any other part. Where are they? Is it happening to you too?

And I have the same problem.
