Video footage upgrade

Hi everyone! Question: I bought a video scene in HD but need it now in 4K. Is it possible to upgrade to 4K (and only pay the difference) or do I have to buy it again? Thanks for the answers... Christian

I believe there is an upgrade of the license without buying the video again.
But that would be a question for Pond5 support. Have you contacted them?
