Hey all,
Trying to get my video exported in the correct format...and it all seems to be getting rejected by the P5 admins.
Anyone have a good tutorial for exporting video to suit the requirements of P5? I can export other video to sites like alwayshd, etc and it comes out fine and is accepted.
Thanks for the help!

You're not giving any information about the type of clip P5 is rejecting. Is it SD or HD? With more input from you would help then someone here who also uses Final Cut Express could help you.

Please tell me the spec's of the footage you've shot: the camera model, the frame rate, the frame size, etc. Also let me know what sequence settings you're using to edit it FCE. With that info I should be able to help you out with your exporting issues.

Just noticed this old post I made, better late then never to respond eh!
I'm shooting with an XHA1 in HD. Framerate of 60i
Comp out of 1080i/480i
Image size of 1920x1080
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Are they saying they are being rejected because of formatting issues? I know I have had a few things rejected, and I had to ask for clarification as to why.
I think the curators ought to have their own checkboxes for clips that give a reason as to why the clip is being rejected. (i.e. content, codec, resolution, etc.) that way it does not slow them down too much as far as reviewing content, but at the same time gives the artist some feedback as to why the clips were rejected.
I know I don't want to waste my time uploading stuff if I know it will be rejected.
