I am not able to tag photos as Editorial Use

I'm uploading several photos and some of them need to go as Editorial Use. In the Contributor Agreement says that I need to mark them in the Upload Page, but, on my screen, there is no button to mark this option. Not in the editing part either. Can someone tell me how to do this? I use Safari for Macintosh.

Don't worry overmuch. The checkbox has been removed, and it is now up to the curators to determine if the file is Editorial or not. If it gets accepted it is really in their court. Theoretically if you want to add some protection for yourself put a bit of wording in the description field saying you believe it should be editorial use only.
