Can I give anyone my footage once I list it here?

Let's say I want to gather emails in my city so i decided to put some footage on Youtube with a google drive download link as a freebie if they sign up to my email list... Am I allowed to do that?

Yup ... it's yours, unless you sign the rights away in a contract specifically demanding otherwise. That's the joy of RF (royalty free) Do it wisely.
