Choose frame

Hi everybody,
I'm very new here, and I tried to find how to choose the right frame for a thumbnail to represent correctly my video in search.
The video is already accepted. Can I do it now, and how?
Please help!
Ivan

Hi Ivan and welcome, find your clip and scroll to the bottom to where edit clip link is on the right hand side, or go to my uploads and click the edit link next to the thumbnail.

When the clip opens in the edit screen, the top left hand side has a link "still frame offset", another window opens and displays all the thumbnail options.

Thank you Normstock, I did it, but nothing happens. It just says "Processing" and nothing after it. When I check the clip later it's again the same frame as before. Is it maybe because I'm using Firefox?? I doubt that's the problem, but just a thought...

Ha, strange, I think it worked now! I did exactly the same, and it says it will be updated tomorrow.

Sometimes that feature will cache in the browser. Pressing the browser's reload button will clear it and show the updated frame.

Unless they've changed how this works recently, the thumbnail should be updated in a minute or two.

Glad to hear it worked in the end.
