Copy tags feature not working

I am trying to copy tags to other uploaded files. When I check the uploaded files and then go to copy tags it is not displaying success as it normally does. Is the server down?

From your own clips or other similar clips?

my own clips. I always use this feature. Great for speed and consistency. Never had an issue

Same here. Since the last upgrade years ago it doesn't copy all the fatures. Collections, sound..... I did report it then and was told it was being resolved.

I have sent an email and wait a reply.

Annoying at the very least. It's such a time saver.

Anybody had any luck on different browsers? I've tried firefox and Chrome. No joy in either....
