How to make "About Me" visible on artist page

Hello!

I typed in information in the "About Me" section on my profile data page... But, its not showing up on my artist page.

Is there any special preference I need to select or deselectfor it to be visible?

I don't have a solution for you, sorry, I've only come to say that I've had this very problem since joining earlier this year. Two emails to tech support, but still nothing fixed.

If you do manage to sort it marblemaker, please post back and let us know, and how. I'm sure we can't be the only two (can we!?) so it would be useful info to have for others. Good luck!

Yes they responded. Initially contacted them in March, they firstly suggested I gave it 7 days because sometimes it can take that long for their system to update, but then followed up saying it was a known issue that was being looked into.

Emailed them again in June, this time they replied to say that their engineering time had created an internal ticket to address the problem.

Wow thats a long wait period... Lol...

Personally, I do not think the development team has a clue in how to fix the problems they created. Maybe a replacement is needed.
