submitting vectors and photos

I've done some searching in the forums but have had no luck find any useful information in regards to submitting vectors and photos. Can someone point me to a discussion where the future plans for uploading are mentioned? Also, where in the heck did they get what they are offering so far?

At the moment, this feature is not available for P5 artists. I believe the photos on P5 come from strategic cooperation with 123rf.

They were supposed to let artists start submitting months ago, but with the recent problems they've been having I wouldn't be surprised if it's delayed until after the new year.

So it has been a while. I see that photos can now be upload, but how about the vectors. Any news on that front?
