create a new sound template

For me it doesnt seem to be working, is this a known bug?

I have a few issues where I would save something to the DB and the next day it would be gone. What's happening with you?

the template doesnt save ive made several attempts with no luck.

fyi.. This happened to me inside Internet Explorer..(couldnt save templates).. I tried it in firefox and it saved.. and can now be used in IE... hope that helps
