scheduled for processing

is anyone waiting longer before they can edit footage a few weeks ago i was waiting maybe an hour for video and a few minutes for images now its 4 hours plus ??

Yup, started today. Long wait.

As of 11/30/18 I was told by support that IT is aware of the problem and working on it. No ETA on a fix. My uploads aren't even shown in "Processing."
