Thanks vadervideo, although isn't the only fix something to do with macro lenses and an issue with the aperture? I don't use any macros, so I figured I shouldn't "fix it if it ain't broke."
Also, for a future firmware update on the T2i, I would love to have Standard Def with a 16:9 aspect ratio (not the 4:3) as well as the ability to shoot 29.97fps in this mode...

First alphas of the Magic Lantern firmware for T2i are available:

At the moment they only allow you to disable AGC and show audio meters. Zebra stripes are coming soon. Since I'm not recording audio yet on mine, I'm passing on the current version.
