To grade or not to grade footage?

What do you guys think?

I am worried that flat profile doesnt sell?

Whenever I can, I prefer to upload clips directly from the camera with no processing. That's certainly simpler for me, and the clip is as clean as it can be. However, I don't shoot using a soft cinema-like profile.
