Artists Forum no access

Hello - I have been unable to see any posts in the Artists forums since joining pond5. Going through support, the usual suggestions (try different browser, clear cache, etc) have not worked.
Wondering if anyone here might have a suggestion? Thanks - and much appreciation for the postings here on the open forum.
