Cannot Upload Media

Hi new contributor - in theory. Got approved with a message "you can now start uploading media!" So I came on over to start uploading.

First of all, it's really difficult to find where to upload, the only way I've found is to go through the contributor portal and through the instructions, where there's a link to upload in the instructions. Then I get to my upload page and click "upload," and it says "Oops, do the uploader registration first." Which I've already done, right? So I try anyway thinking maybe some detail is missing (no one nor nothing has asked me for details for payment yet, for example) and the uploader registration, still complete with my details always freezes on the first page whenever I try to go through it again (which I've attempted at least 10 times).

So far, entirely baffled. How did you folks actually overcome all these obstacles and become a contributor?

Aha! You have met the random "new contributor sticktoitiveness and undying patience screening device (tm)"! You have to defeat that evil robot before you can ascend a level, which is when the real tests begin.

The site has been undergoing lots of changes especially recently, and likely you just will have to gently harass the kind folk at support@pond5.com

It's possible they have to manually (in person, not robot) approve your credentials or something. IN that case certainly wait until Monday for response/solution, but definitely get your message off now. Include all standard info too (OS, browser, ISP type, etc)
