Views?

I got accepted 34 pics for about a week now and so far I see no views whatsoever. Is that normal or am I forgetting something?

just wait longer, views will come.

With 34 pics It may take several months unless they are absolutely spectacular and subject is in high demand. With over 8 million photos online here there is a -99.99958708243256% more probability other photos will be looked at before yours are found. A good start but ya need a few thousand photos before you can really expect to start selling many photos. Stock selling takes a lot of patience.

I was very curious about that also! I have 93 photos online that do great at other stock sites, but after a month, not one single view. I'll guess I just be patient and keep uploading :)

How long have they been on the other sites? One month is about the amount of time it takes for new photos or video to get in the search engine.
Also, you have 93 photos in a sea of eight million so that will take a while too.

kk5hy.....I have been on the other sites for some time....but I'm selling daily. That is why I'm curious that after over a month here I don't even have one view for close to 100 photos. But someone said it takes a month to get into the search engine, so I'll continue to be patient.....Steve

You may have had a few views, since the dashboard updates every 8 views, and the views on the upload page update every 3/4 views

I have quite a few footage and photos that I've sold multiple times and still no views. A couple years ago views were updated on a regular and predictable basis. Most of us have learned to not trust the views much anymore. It seems like if a sale is made that should trip the views to be updated but not so.

Agreed, if the server cannot cope with the load of updating views then maybe the best option would be to do away with them and just stick to ATC's and Sales?

some value in views, ATC is not automated and not as easy to see.
