Same here, although i checked my contact and payout preferences yesterday and found that somehow the "automatically send payment" button had been unticked,so i thought that's the problem.
Not sure now, have sent message to support and waiting for a response.

Yup, we've found what looks like an issue with some of the payouts. We're investigating now, and I'll let ya'll know when I've confirmed that we've resolved the problem and resent the payouts. :)

Its frustrating when you plan things according to payment date And the payment it dosn't happen, pond5 should be quicker in resolving this as we all pay %50.
VERY ANNOYNG !

I know, I've been in that situation before too and it's both incredibly frustrating and very stressful. My apologies for putting you through that.
It's actually PayPal that has the issue, not Pond5. We've had quite a number of issues with them in the last few months too. Trust me, as soon as we're able to leave PayPal in the dust, I expect we will. The trouble is, they sort of have a monopoly on the market for payment processes of the scale that we require. We're only still using PayPal because we really don't have any choice. But we do have some plans, so stay tuned.

Joanthan,
I use Moneybookers !! No deduction of payment for me in EU. Paypal cut a aggressive percentage that's why I left them.
I know Paypal is OK in the US.

Pond5 is big multimillion dollar company, pond5 should be able to fix this or give the contributors an alternative when things goes bad, and Paypal is bigger , I have been issuing Paypal on my eBay shop since 2004 receiveing and paying with not a single problem, I also use PayPal to sell elsewhere and Not a problem again, I don't know I have to be honest with you I find it hard to believe that the problem is PayPal.

@dino75 - I would guess you never had to use high volume micro payments from Paypal. There is quite a difference in how things work for that mechanism than the occasional sale or receipt via sites such as eBay etc. I am surprised things don't go wrong more often with Paypal.

Dino,
Paypal has problem with other agencies (Alamy for example) too. Delay payment is not that bad as long as you get paid within a reasonable time, like a week.
IMO It is not good to have any big plan which depends on Pond5's payment.
Calm down, it is not end of the world yet!
