Why Pond 5 ftp is never working perfectly

Why the FTP of this website is so painful to obtain all video files uploaded at the first time ???? I'm uploading 7 video and only 4 are processed 10 hours after, the others are gone, AGAIN !!!
POND 5 have no technicians and programmers to solve this so looooong time problem ????

Same problem here. Already contacted support. They say renaming the files sometimes help, but it takes a lot of time.

Same here...problem never fixed...i waste time every uploaded batch to reload what fails...

So why not download Filezilla it's free and use it instead.

I use filezilla and the issue is still there...

I have no problems with Filezilla

Every time I upload there are a ton of processing errors. Its ridiculous.

Also getting consistent erros. When I reupload the system almost always accepts them (if I remember to rename the files...) Lots of extra work though.
