Marcus, thanks again for getting all of this taken care of during a Holiday - far more service than one could ever ask for or even expect. All is fine now and again, Happy New Year.

Now about the Swedish thing... I am always amazed how people get us confused. When people find out I am Swiss, the always ask one of two things:

1. "So do you speak swedish?"

2. "Oh wow, do you know a guy by the name of .... "


As if Switzerland is a very small country where everyone knows everyone. Some day people will get their geography right, but until then, I simply say, "no I am dutch." :) That really confuses them.

Ok ... OK ... I typed faster than I was thinking. I traveled and lived extensively in many of your homelands. I've visited the Swiss and Swedes and even the Dutch, so I knew better. Heck should have just said "European" and covered ya'll. Now for the French ... sorry but everyone knows that the French don't like anyone and no one likes the French. Now how do you tell the difference between a Swed and a Swiss ... can't be the eyes is it ;)

One thing I've figured out after being here is that the

Swedish Chef in the muppet show speaks Swiss German without any doubts what so ever. His kitchen even looks Swiss.
