I cannot seem to find my footage on the site when I search for any/or a combination of the keywords. What am I doing wrong?

When I go to your profile, it says that you have no content. Remember that simply uploading content does not make it visible to the world. Once Pond5 has processed it, you need to open the content's info page, add keywords and other information (this is when you would connect a release with a video, for example), then click the "Submit" button. Only then will Pond5 review your content and approve it for sale -- that approval can take a couple of days.

If you have already done that, then I don't know what the problem is. All I know is that your profile shows no content.

@dronefoot - a bit of advice - you need more descriptive titles - omit the resolution and frame rate from titles.

You could also use better keywords then you used those are mammals and there are two whales in that clip.

I also can't find their videos on the website although they are shining green on line and downloaded a long time ago, if I go to a video uploaded a month ago from your page, then at the bottom says that the author is no more video, if I open the first file then unite have a video of this author but loaded for a long time, and fresh for up to 1 months do not exist. Is that okay?
