Release Form

Hi everyone, I'm new in POND5,

I uploaded some pictures and release form, but I don't find the way to connect both.
Now I have few images and video returned, I suppose because no release form attached (I don't find info about why returned),
In with way I can attach the release form to the clips?

There's a pulldown ta the bottom of the needs edit page scroll down to attach release and another pulldown will have your forms. Just make sure you check the box on the far right of the clip you need to add a release too.
