referral - how to?

Hi I was referred to this place by some one, and Id like to see them get their dues. IS that something I should have done in the sign up or is it something they do when they refer me?

Write contact@pond5.com and explain the situation. Give them the user name of the person who referred you. If you cannot find it, just give them my user name :).
