Thanks in advance!

Be aware that Pond5 will send you the money from Ireland, not US. I recommend you to find an accountant with experience in taxing stock, especially since you're within EU. For me (Czech Republic) it's much easier to tax income from US, I assume it's the same all over EU.

Thanks Rasomaso, I noticed that already, although that was quite unclear too on the forums. how does it work for you then? this seems quite a hassle for a 35% cut for audio, I'm asking myself if it's worth it.

Not sure myself, I will consult an accountant at the beginning of next year, but it involves filling out 2 reports each month you receive income and submitting them to your financial department (you know the government office). So basically I'm willing to do this once a year as long as it's worth it for me. I can just let the money sit here all year and send it when it's time to do taxes, otherwise I would probably not bother with it.

It's unclear to me if I have to pay vat in ireland because pond5 is not doing this apparently? which is really weird? Or that I just pay vat in the netherlands. So just deduct 21 percent of my the money i get from pond5. If it's the last one then it should not be a problem. Cheers
