How accurate are the statistics?

I wish I could use google analytics to really see what is happening with my page. Statistics, don't seem to exclude my views when I share the clips. And then there are bin adds? When do those adds count? Cart adds, doesn't seem to work as I had sales, but never any card adds. It seems a mess to me.
