Audio Upload Loudness LUFS

Hi!
Does anyone know how loud our songs should be, when uploading them? I notice some compression on them (I am currently mastering at -14 LUFS)

There is no loudness standard on Pond5. Neither upload nor playback. Like you, I aim for around -14 LUFS.

Aim for -14 Lufs for background music for videos. Dynamic music is the best.

However if you want your music to sound exactly like some of the modern pop (that video makers often ask for), you really have to break your own rules and push it to -10Lufs or even -8! It seems to contradict You Tube's and Spotify's advice but if you need to do it, you shouldn't hesitate.

I aim for -12 LUFS and have received no complaints thus far
