Payouts Not Happening

I made some sales several months ago and have not yet received any payouts at all. My balance is well above $25, as far as I can tell I have chosen the correct payout settings and linked to my Paypal email address, but still no payouts... Have hoped to see it around the 15th of each month since October last year so am looking for any advice/support for what might be going wrong?
