Items Returned?

I don't have any tracks on Pond5 yet, but I submitted one late last week and got an email this morning saying they returned, and I needed to send some info (social media, pic of my daw, etc) to verify my ID. I have no problem doing this, but has anyone had items "returned" before (not "needs edits").

Thanks for reaching out. "Returned" status is typically for items that need a fix that can be updated without re-uploading the media. For instance, adding a model release or additional metadata. It is also the status for ID verifications.
