Ringtone jingles

Hi there, I've made some jingles that would be well suited to ringtones and was wondering if publishing them as ringtones available in the Apple store as well as listing them here would violate the licensing agreement? Our label is distributed through Believe, which uses a separate aggregator as it does for commercial music releases (Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, etc) so I don't think (but am not certain) that the algorithm would detect them and flag videos for including it.
