Which Apple pro res

i convert my native files to apple pro res, is it better to use apple pro res 4444 i read the colour is better but render times are around 6 times longer yjan standard pro res any views Thanks

Apple ProRes 422 HQ preserves visual quality at the same high level as Apple ProRes 4444 but for 4:2:2 image sources and remaining visually lossless through many generations of decoding and re-encoding.
