Still frame offset not working

The still frame offset is not working, preview thumbs of all but 1st frame do not appear.
Just like the old clips that still can't be changed..

Could you please give me an example ClipID?

We recently made a change - all icons and full screen dumps (including the "active") are on a secondary server and p5 now only hosts the "active" icon/still. The updated ftp servers deal with this automatically and we have a script that uploads the older clips's icons/stills to this server too.

Ok, one batch was not properly informed that it should set the "world read flag" on the icons on the external server. It is informed now and we've run a batch to correct the world read flag where needed.
