contacting artists

Hi - I am trying to message artists but keep getting a message from pond5 saying the artist is not a pond 5 user ???? not sure how to contact someone ? any help would be great -- Terry

Go to the artist page and just click 'send a message'

Maybe those artists aren't Pond5:ers, just 123RF:ers?!
