I got me the template submission blues

I think I have about 15 or so templates in the archives, but that's not the problem - I've tried several times, on several browsers, to make new templates and get the 'there were some errors" message at the top when I try to save them. I diligently go over all the requisites and still - odd problem as I managed to save one just an hour before this problem started propping up. Any suggestions?
