iOS App Developer Licensing Questions

Hi everyone.
I am an app developer who is constantly looking for content to incorporate in my projects. I am getting pretty tired of seeing "Royalty Free" only to find out that the license has about a hundred cases where you "can't" use it.
I read through the license on Pond5 but I'm not sure that I'm clear on whether or not I am good to use the content downloaded from Pond5 in my project.
For example, can I or can't I use music as background music to my app?
Can I use images as graphical elements?
Can I use them as main content. Such as in the case where an app might be, say, a puzzle app? Can the picture be used as puzzles?
Can content be unlocked via In-app purchases? Though on that last question I'm not sure how that's any different that the content coming in a purchased app.
Hopefully someone can help me understand the limitations and restrictions of the license.
Thanks
