Where are the Categories???

I just tried to add info to new uploads but there are no more categories on the individual edit page. Also, categories are missing from the uploads page clip details tab. Amazingly, they are stil on the batch tag video template. Am I missing something???

categories were disabled by p5. If you still want to use them you have to go to the old page.
