Autumn Colors

I went for a quick drive to the nearby mountains. Less than 15 miles from home and at 9,000 feet elevation the autumn colors are really getting brilliant. More videos to come by here's a pic to share. Last pic on the page.

Nice! We've been in full blown autumn for a few weeks now. I've been getting some great fall colours, rarely see aspen turning orange red but I did this year. I should be going for an aerial shoot this afternoon with a friend and his open cockpit bi-plane. 27c (80f) yesterday, going to be the same again today... very warm for this time of year, but I'm not complaining.

Wish we had fall colors here in Houston, unless brown is a fall color.

Yes the Aspen trees are turning yellow but also red this year, a real mix of colors. I'm sure Canada must be brilliant in the mountains.
