Does Dataset mean that or footage is being used for an AI database?

Does Dataset mean that or footage is being used for an AI database to that will be used to generate AI imagery? If that's true is there a way to opt out?

I checked it out but I don't see anything there about Datasets at all.

At the bottom of my Account - Preferences page is

"Make my content available for Dataset Earnings"

that can be checked/unchecked.
