Selling Vintage Home Movies 1950's 1960's 1970's

Vintage film or VHS tapes are expected to be lower quality, static, noise, blurred etc etc. I'd just use Premier Pro or whatever you have and crop to HD proportions. It won't be as high as quality at original HD but neither are the SD digital conversions.
