Location City an country info during upload

Good morning. I am new at pond5 and I have a question regarding the uploading process. I was wondering the Location City and Country info are important fields to fill.

Does these two fields play a role during searching since the city and country is usually in the keyword list of the photo when necessary?

I don't know if they're important but I always fill them in using the bulk template feature.

Often it seems senseless to fill them, but before curators reject the clips as "status: add info" it's better to fill them. ;)

If P5 didn't need the information they would not have a block for it. Unless an artist is hiding something there is no reason to not fill in all information requested. And ... if an artist is trying to hide something then why submit here at all? The more and better information you can give a buyer the better choice they can make when buying. So yes fill everything that is asked.

When location is in Keywords then is OK too !!

I am filling the fields and I am also key-wording the country and location where necessary. Just trying to figure out if these play their role on searching

I think it's important for videos and photos. I mean, you giveinformation where a photo or a video was taken. When you choose "Music" or "Sound FX" option, LOCATION fields just dissapear.
