sales but no notifications

So, after a month long slump of no sales, my longest period in awhile, i saw today that i got a sale on my "recent sales" tab, however i did not get the usual late night email confirmation/killswitch that notifies me of a track being licensed. not really a big deal, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

I Stopped getting emails after sales about 3 weeks ago. I use a local internet provider consolidated communications so I thought I would go with a gmail yesterday and it worked. Now im getting my emails. About 5 mo ago I changed my payout email to google because I was having trouble getting that to. My small town internet provider likes to play games on what they like to block. They say they don't but where is it. its not in my junk folder, Its like they stop stuff before It even gets to my account. So the first day with gmail and all is good.

I have changed both now. My payout was the first thing that started giving me trouble with my consolidated email. Then I changed the email for messages i get from pond5 to a gmail also. I would change it and see what happens don't forget to update paypal or what ever you use for payout with your new email.. at least I think you have to associate it. Hope this helps.

ive never had such an email. but i don't use gmail which i am not a fan of. this is continues to be the longest period without a sale too. oh well

i noticed i didnt have add to cart or to bins in the last two weeks, although i used to have about 5-25 (cumulated) each week, and my views per week consistently grew. anyone else keeps track of their weekly adds and noticed this?...

Yeah, I don't really keep track of it but I usually check cart adds and I haven't had one in the last two weeks. I've had a few sales though, so I don't know.

I just wanted to mention GDPR here, Pond5 denies artists access to their data; like what company purchased their tune or price data. Well spotted. Soon legislators are going to bring the site down, would have already been done was it not for the loopholes.
