The approval process make no sense at all

Hi guys, I am trying to upload my material here but the curator seems to have some very strange way of choosing what is allowed.
Please can someone clarify why I am not allowed to put up my tracks, which are all varied and I have heard absolutely nothing of this quality on here and then a next uploader can put up literally 30 tracks the same, using same instruments and just changing the chord progressions? I do not get it at all.
They say they want diversity but if anything this site is full of repetitive music arrangements by the same producer. Why is that allowed?
Are the rules published anywhere so that we can actually see? Can we ask for a second opinion because I always get the same one curator and I watch the music page, hardly any ones go up and the same ones are always the top sellers.
It would be very easy to lie and say this site is open and made with love, but in the actual reality just manipulated so that the same group of friends are always at the top. And personally that is how I feel it is run. They accepted my first two uploads which personally I didnt feel where that strong, since then everything gets rejected - EVEN THOUGH ITS ALREADY BEING USED IN TV AND FILM!??
Quality control? A total joke.
As for these other ones they let up, its just midi through a really nasty synth. I am recording instruments and making proper tracks in a real studio this is no hobby operation. Every video editor who is using my music cannot get why pond5 does this. I want to discuss it with the other members here because it makes no sense and is wasting my time using this website if that is the case.
Peace

hi.
this is not nonsense and this site really actually works, as oposed to many other competitors.
you are not wasting your time - if you take it seriously continuously.
about your rejections, well...i sent you a private message.

Having the same problem suddenly. It's like a free-for-all, as far as what gets approved. Totally random it seems. This is nothing like the curated process on other sites I'm apart of. I loved Pond5 until this started happening. They say it's the more stringent guidelines, but that doesn't mesh with the other stuff that's being accepted. I'm not a newbie, I don't do this as a hobby and I've had music in major tv shows and movies the world over. Something here is not right.

I've had this happen too, about a month ago all my tracks are suddenly getting rejected. I had a chat with a curator and the explanation I got was very vague, something like: they have a lot of music now, they want to up the quality of their library and they can't accept all tracks but the ones they feel are the "best". Or something like that.

Right. It's obvious they're only accepting the "best" tracks. A quick listen to the recently accepted tracks will put that to rest. Somehow my tracks are good enough for BMW but not good enough for Pond5. I would challenge them to take the same rejected tracks and give them to a different curator (without them knowing they were previously rejected) and see how many of those would actually be rejected by the 2nd curator.

Guys, all i can say that we have one curator of music files, who rejecting files totally, if you uploading 5-6 tracks in DIFFERENT genres, they all will be rejected. No situation is here, when 2 rejected 3 approved, for example. Its really strange

I think that some talented authors will moving their material on the same source because of this situation. Sad fact for popular stock

I've said this elsewhere, but I wanted to make sure you guys had a chance to hear me too.
In the past, Pond5 would accept pretty much any audio submissions from pretty much anyone. That has changed, and we've become much stricter about what music and SFX items we can accept. This is no reflection of you or your work, we're just over saturated with a lot of common audio stock. We're currently sitting at more than 400,000 unique audio tracks, so we have to become a bit stingier about what we can take.
