Editorial approvals?

Hi,

I’m considering creating some stock editorial content. This is topical work that is time sensitive so my question is what is the turnaround time for approval on editorial work? Can I get approvals and have it available as fast as a day is it a longer process?

No, all approvals are in the same boat. Usually a few weeks.
Of course if you truly have something time sensitive you could email support and ask.

Problems is everyone thinks their "editorial" clips are time sensitive and more important than others. If everyone claims time sensitive I would believe P5 would or should come down strong on those who abuse the faster curation.

News material of current events is no longer approved in a few hours upon request as they did a couple years ago. I stopped covering news events and uploading to Pond5. Material classified as editorial will take the same time as all other stuff. A website that specialized in current news events went out of business a few years ago. There are artist here that put their current news events on Youtube and contact posible buyers. There are others that call the news agency directly.
