Wordpress Integration. Easily Embed pond5 video in blog post

Hello Guys!
I want to embed withouth coding and to much html the video i sell with you in my website.
Can you give me an advice on which, free or not, wordpress plugin can show your videocontent prividing just the url of the video in your pond5 library?
