Editorial Only Use?

Hi,

I've come across file that is labeled for "Editorial Only Use" but cannot figure out why? Its doesn't have any faces or audio and the buildings are fairly public and other footage featuring the same area are NOT for Editorial only use....??

Can someone help? Has this been mistakenly labelled??

Here is the footage in question:

The Sydney Opera building is copywrited.
In the left of the frame.

Not to be difficult, but then why is this footage okay? https://www.pond5.com/stock-footage/38709805/sydney-opera-house-dusk-hyperlapse.html

Very confusing....?

Thanks,
Manny

Guess the reviewer caught one but not the other.
Happens.
But ultimately both are editorial no matter what the site says.
There are a few buildings that are copywrited. The Louisiana superdome is another for example.
It would be up to the buyer to take the legal responsibility for the use.
Personally I wouldn't take the chance, I like my house too much. :)
