Alpha/Luma Matte Issue

Hey everyone, sorry for what I know is a dumb question but I'm having a bit of trouble. I purchased this clip to use in a video:

and I cannot seem to get the transition to work. The page says that it has an included alpha matte but I can't seem to find it - SHOULD it be a separate file? I know that the the PhotoJPEG codec holds that information so I tried downloading that and still nothing. I can get the white sections to disappear using Track Matte but nothing transitions. I'm using Adobe Premiere CC, FYI. Any help will be greatly appreciated - thanks!
