Waiting for tagging.

I am waiting 6 days now for my two files to appear for tagging. Why is it taking so long? Anybody experience this?

Usually it takes from 3 to 60 minutes for music. If more , seems like some error. What kind of files you upload?

Video files, between over 375mb each.

re-upload them, and when the old ones become editable delete those.

Update. I found my two files on-line untagged! They are now tagged. How did they by-pass tagging?
