How to set editorial license

Hi everybody,
I sent a clip of mine to the review, it contains silhouettes of people in backlight. I don't know if is needed a model release for this kind of footage. In any case I don't have it, and in the uploads section I didn't find the editorial option.
How can I set the editorial license ?

you can write "only for editorial use" in the notes for the curator at the bottom of the clip edit page

P5 will decide if it's editorial, don't worry about it. They know the legal issues and have access to a lot more information than we do.
