FTP uploads not showing

I sent a pile of footage clips via Filezilla yesterday and they are still not showing in my account.

Just me then.

me, too.
resubmitted this morning and were processed quickly.
yesterday's files still lost somewhere.

Got my video through but audio gets lost after showing up briefly as "processing" never to be seen again.

And I have the same problem. Uploads through their site are also lost.
