Why are my tracks rejected?

Hi, I'm new to Pond5, and I recently submitted 8 tracks of all different genres for review and they were all rejected. I expected that some of them would be rejected, but I don't understand why they'd all get the axe?

Without listening to your tracks, no one here can answer that.
Did they give you a reason?
Offhand, the reasons can be over saturated of whatever you're uploading or quality.
If you're saying you expected some would be rejected, maybe you answered your own question.

I didn't realize my rejected tracks wouldn't be visible here (brain fart). Expecting some tracks to get rejected wasn't because of poor quality. It's what I figured would happen in trying to determine Pond5's "lane." Different sites prefer different media. You can check out the tracks here. www.soundcloud.com/user-787251138

Rejections are always subjective to the reviewer. They have guidelines to go buy but ultimately its a human making the final decision.
Different sites have different criteria and buyers so you can't use other sites to base what happens here and vice versa.
The answer to your rejections would have to come from the reviewer, which almost never happens.
Unfortunately, this is pat of the stock world we live in.

I just listened to all of them. On a "personal taste basis", I like all except one - but I could see no reason why any would be rejected. Maybe you should appeal.
