Is this website stealing our works?

I posted something about it before, but since my post got unnoticed, I decided to ask the same question in another way.
So, I stumbled upon this website AERiver and found some of my Pond5 works there, for example, this one:

I wonder if this website is reselling our Pond5 works illegally or do I just not get something, what do you think?..

Could be a Pond5 Affiliate somehow? I dunno ... were I you, I'd ask support@pond5.com They are quite helpful. Do report your findings.

I doubt it's their affiliate as they also have Videohive works there. But you're right, thanks, I'd better ask Pond5 support team.
